I went to Ladybugs 7 weeks before my small wedding in December to see about having a boutonniere and small bouquet made for my ceremony. I had a picture of the very simple bouqet with matching boutonniere that I wanted (galax leaves and babys breath). The woman at the counter huffed and puffed when I made mention of "wedding flowers" even though I explained to her that it was only a bouquet and boutonniere - I didn't need anything else. She rudely explained that it was out of line to expect to have wedding flowers - especially for a Christmas time wedding - arranged so soon before my event (7 weeks). She refused to even look at the picture of what I wanted. She claimed that all the flowers for December events had already been ordered by that time and there was absolutely no way they could do it. She concluded by saying "I wish I could recommend somone else, but no one will be able to do it with such short notice". I left, went a few miles up the road to Martina's Flowers and Gifts, walked in showed them my picture and they asked, "would you like to pick it up today?". Done deal. They were friendly, helpful, and able to accomodate such a small order with 7 weeks notice - no problem. Perhaps if Ladybugs is so backed up they should hire more employees. And try employing a little friendliness and customer service. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer at any establishment.

Ordered an arrangement and it was sent quickly and arrived fresh and beautiful. Very artistic and talented in their arrangements.
