Inappropriate Conversation

I went in for a haircut which turned out fine. My problem was with the unprofessional language and conversation of the stylists. I know that salons are know for the conversation and fun gossip. Fun is one thing but low class is another. I won't be back. Clean it up.

I went in for a cut, color and highlight. I came out with a mullet style cut, dark brown base but the entire top of head was brassy orange. Not even highlighted but just a big as if she had colored the top of my head orange. The color looked cheap and tacky. The lady did not use foils, claimed that a cap would work better with my hair. I had long hair all one length. I saw several other people around me getting highlights with foils. I do believe that this much older hairdresser did not know how to do highlights any other way. She cut a layer in the crown but did not blend it. She tried to say she might have not left the color on long enough to process, She teased the top to try and hide the bad cut. She saw that I was not pleased and told me that maybe I was just not used to it, to let it grow on me. I gave it one day and went back the next day and was told that she would have to make an appointment the following week to fix it. I could not believe she thought I would even let her try to fix it, she had done enough. I paid $120 for this and did get my money back only after I said that I am sure they did not want me to stand out in front of the shop and let customers see what she had done. She ruined the shirt I was wearing, it had bleach all over the back of it from the bleach she tried to highlight my brown hair with. They would not pay for the shirt. I can't believe that a so called contemporary salon would allow such an unskilled person to work here.
